When you stand in front of the Bayern Tower, you would think that this ride has been at the Oktoberfest forever. A Bavarian maypole at the traditional Bavarian folk festival - that goes together perfectly. In fact, the Bayern Tower only celebrated its premiere at the Oktoberfest in 2022 and immediately generated a large following.
On the one hand, the carousel is fast with speeds of up to 65 km/h, but not so wild that you can't enjoy the ride. Because enjoyment is exactly the point of the Bayern Tower: Due to its height of 90 meters, you have a great view of the festival grounds and the 360-degree rotation really lets you see everything that the Oktoberfest has to offer.
