Wiesn Guglhupf: Drinks and cakes with rotation
Somehow you can't get past Grönemeyer's hit "Zeit, dass sich was dreht" when you stand in front of the Wiesn-Guglhupf. Because the comfortably rotating construction, located somewhere between a bar and a tent, is definitely an eye-catcher.
If you are in the mood for cake, you can enjoy the eponymous Guglhupf in various variations here. Beer is not on the menu, but there is a large selection of drinks, from coffee to wine and sparkling wine to long drinks. When it gets cooler in the evening, the otherwise open outer walls of the Guglhupf are closed, so that it becomes really cosy inside.
