Münchner Knödelei: Everything revolves around dumplings here
The menu also includes reinterpreted dishes from Alpine cuisine, but at its core, everything revolves around dumplings - which will come as no surprise to anyone given the name of the tent.
Most people have eaten bread, potato and bacon dumplings before, but there are many more variations here, such as mountain cheese and chanterelle dumplings, liver, spinach and beet dumplings.
At Münchner Knödelei, however, it's not just the eponymous dishes on the plate that are real eye-catchers - the stall itself also has a striking appearance. It looks like an oversized old oven.
