Café Theres: Lots of tradition and freshly baked cakes and pies
Café Theres is the oldest café tent at the Oktoberfest. It has been part of the Oktoberfest since 1950, and it has had its new name Café Theres since 2022. The following year, the Oktoberfest tent was completely redesigned, which has since shone in friendly green with its murals by the artist Silvie Penelope Schmidt with impressions from the English Garden.
Instead of beer, there are homemade cakes and pies, which are prepared by the in-house pastry shop directly on the festival grounds. In addition, freshly brewed coffee, fine wines, sparkling wine and cocktails as well as hearty dishes are on the menu.
